Faqs

Do I need to be experienced to get started?

Not at all. Everyone starts somewhere. A lot of the people you see here didn’t walk in as fighters—they just kept showing up, putting the work in, and improving over time.

Is this something I can actually work toward?

If you’re consistent, yes. Not everyone wants to compete, and that’s fine—but if you put the time in, learn the fundamentals, and stay disciplined, you can go a lot further than you probably think.

What if I just want to train and not compete?

That’s completely fine. Most people are here for fitness, stress relief, and to learn something new. The competitive side is there if you want it—but it’s not required to be part of the gym.
