Why Consider a Custom Sports Mouth Guard?
Contact sports carry a risk of dental injuries. A well-fitting sports mouth guard helps protect the teeth and can reduce the risk of certain injuries to the mouth.
Custom sports mouth guards are different from standard boil-and-bite guards because they're made using impressions of your own teeth.
Some advantages include:
- A Personalized Fit: The guard is shaped specifically for your teeth.
- Improved Comfort: A properly fitted custom mouth guard may be more comfortable than a generic guard.
- Dental Protection: Mouth guards help absorb and cushion impacts involving the teeth and surrounding oral structures.
- Greater Confidence: You can concentrate on your sport while wearing a guard made for your mouth.
