Our Small Group Strength Training program at Toronto Boxing Academy is an 8-week coached strength program designed to help you build strength, learn proper lifting technique, and follow a clear progression in a supportive small group environment.

What Small Group Strength Training Is
Small Group Strength Training is a coached weight training program designed to give you structure, guidance, and accountability.
Instead of guessing what to do in the gym, you’ll follow a simple, repeatable strength program built around proven exercises such as:
squats
presses
deadlifts
rows
supportive accessory exercises
Every session is coached to help you move well, build confidence, and progress safely.
How The Program Works
8 Week Program
Participants train through a structured 8-week strength training block.
Two Sessions Per Week
Each week includes two coached training sessions.
Small Group Format
Group size is limited to ensure coaching stays focused and personal.
Progressive Strength Training
The program follows a simple progression model so you can improve week to week.
Coaching & Modifications
Exercises can always be modified to suit your experience level, comfort, and mobility.

What To Expect In Each Session
Each session includes:
Structured Warm-Up
A short warm-up designed to prepare your body for lifting and reinforce good movement patterns.
Main Strength Work
We focus on foundational lifts such as squats, presses, and deadlifts.
Accessory Training
Supporting exercises help improve balance, stability, and overall strength.
Coaching & Feedback
You’ll receive guidance on technique, progression, and modifications as needed.
